Telehealth delivery
Convenience is king
The onset of the COVID-19 pandemic in early 2020 saw a rapid advance in the way Australians deliver and receive health services. Many health services, including psychological assessments and interventions, can be delivered via teleconference or telephone. In December 2021 the Australian Government announced that telehealth has become a permanent feature of the primary health care sector.
DSM Psychology uses the platform Coviu to to delivery all telehealth services. There is no need for software to be downloaded, or changes to any settings. It is ideally used on a laptop, smart phone or tablet. You can check if your device is compatible before your appointment by clicking here to conduct a simple pre-call check.
Coviu is widely compatible, however if you are experiencing any connection difficulties, the following browsers are recommended.
