Referrals to DSM Psychology

All referrals to DSM Psychology must be from a Medical Practitioner. This can include the patient’s GP, or their specialist.

To obtain a Medicare rebate for services, it is recommended that you seek a Mental Health Treatment Plan from your GP. This will enable a rebate of $131.55 for a maximum of 10 sessions in a calendar year. The initial referral will be for a maximum of six sessions.
